Facebook has added two new relationship status options tailored for the LGBT community. The two new options are “in a civil union” and “in a domestic partnership.” Now there are 11 relationship status options.

Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) is planning to build a $5 billion microchip factory in Arizona by 2013. Construction for the facility is expected to begin at the middle of this year. The plan will make 14-nanometer line-width transistors and 300 millimeter microchip wafers. [Reuters]

Nokia CEO Stephen Elop said that one of the talking points he made with Microsoft about their strategic points is to offer competitive prices for smartphones. So far Microsoft has had tight hardware requirements for handsets using their software, which is causing their prices to be higher.
