Newell Rubbermaid Acquires Reading Education Software Company Headsprout

Headsprout is a reading education software service that launched about 12 years ago. Headsprout has been acquired by DYMO/Mimio, a Newell Rubbermaid company. The financial details of the acquisition were undisclosed. Headsprout President and CEO Dave Anderson will remain as the head of the company after the acquisition.
