Japanese Kids Video Compares Fukushima To Cartoon Boy With Flatulence

In order to explain to kids what is happening at the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan, this kids video was released. It features a cartoon boy named Nuclear Boy that really has to take a dump and makes the neighborhood smell bad.
