Larry Page Almost Focused On Automated Cars As A PhD Academic Area [VIDEO]

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) co-founder Larry Page almost decided to focus on automatic cars as part of his PhD academic area. He revealed this during a Faculty Summit talk in 2009. The three areas he was considering was telepresence, automated cars, and web link structure. Page’s advisor at Stanford Terry Winograd convinced him to focus on web search.
