Groupon Planning To Hire Over 100 In Palo Alto

Daily deals website Groupon.com is looking to hire some additional talent in Silicon Valley. They have an office at 409 Sherman Avenue in Palo Alto, California and they plan to hire over 100 developers and other technology jobs there. They are specifically looking for those who have talent in data, analytics, networking, math, and RoR.

Groupon bought a billboard on Highway 101 in California to promote the job openings. On Paul Avenue near the Cesar Chavez exit, Groupon put up a billboard that said “Do Something Massive: Tech Jobs in Palo Alto – Groupon.com/techjobs.” This campaign will go until July. Groupon currently has 2,000 employees in their Chicago office and 3,000 in their affiliate offices across the globe.
