Sprint Nextel CEO Dan Hesse recently did an interview about his thoughts in regards to AT&T’s acquisition of T-Mobile. Hesse said that AT&T’s acquisition of T-Mobile would jeopardize innovation. AT&T announced that they were going to acquire T-Mobile for $39 billion in late March. “If AT&T is allowed to swallow T-Mobile, competition will be stifled, growth will be stifled and wireless innovation will be jeopardized,” said Hesse in an interview with reporters in downtown San Francisco.
