When Eric Schmidt was CEO of Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG), he was getting a $1 salary per year. This is the same salary that Larry Page and Sergey Brin received. Now Schmidt’s salary has been bumped up to $1.25 million per year as the Chairman of Google. He will also be able to receive a bonus of over 400% to a maximum of $6 million. Schmidt also owns a large percentage of Google’s shares and he sold over $300 million worth.
