Mass Social Media Sharing Service Pixelpipe Raises $2.3 Million

Pixelpipe is website that serves as a gateway for sharing content across about 100 social networks at once. For example, you can submit text, photos, or videos to your Blogger, Box.net, Dailybooth, Dropbox, Facebook, Flickr, Foursquare, Friendfeed, FTP, Google Docs, Google Talk, Kodak Gallery, LinkedIn, Plaxo, Shutterfly, etc. Pixelpipe has raised $2.3 million in funding according to an SEC filing.

Pixelpipe previously raised an undisclosed round of funding from angel investors James Joaquin and Russ Siegelman. Pixelpipe was founded by former Kodak R&D director Brett Butterfield back in 2007.
