The Mountain from Terje Sorgjerd on Vimeo.
Terje Sorgjerd visited El Teide, the highest mountain in Spain at around 3,718 meters, between April 4th and April 11th. While visiting, he made a timelapse video with a goal to capture the Milky Way galaxy. During the course of that week, Terje got about 10 hours of sleep total.
Another unfortunate event during the filming of the video was that a sandstorm hit the Sahara Desert on April 9th. This made it almost impossible for Terje to see the sky with his own eyes. He thought that the sandstorm ruined the camera’s footage, but it added on to the beauty of the video.
