Recently Samsung Electronics has filed a lawsuit against Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL). Clearly this is a response to the lawsuit that Apple filed against them. Samsung claims that Apple infringes on 10 of their mobile technology patents, which include 3G quality of service, power reduction systems, wireless data management, and data communication technology. What makes this patent lawsuit interesting is that Apple is a major Samsung customer. Apple’s business with Samsung makes up about 4% of the Korean manufacturing company’s revenue. [Geek.com]
