Facebook and Web of Trust Partner To Enhance Social Network Security

Facebook has partnered with crowd-sourced website reputation company The Web of Trust to protect users from clicking on malicious outbound links. Now when users click on websites with a poor reputation, they will be shown a warning message. Facebook’s partnership with The Web of Trust can help reduce the chances of phishing scams from spreading.
