Appsfire Raises $3.6 Million In Series A

Appsfire has raised $3.6 million in Series A funding from Idinvest, a French investment company. Appsfire plans on using the funding to accelerate its growth and sign on additional partners. Appsfire plans on building up their team to about seven people.

Appsfire is an application that works on Android and iOS. The app catalogs the apps on a user’s phone and makes suggestions for other apps to download based on user trends. Appsfire has hit 2 million users across the world.

Appsfire launched their first app last summer and they hit 1 million users in February. They hit 2 million users by mid-May. Appsfire plans on expanding to other mobile platforms soon.
