Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has acquired Prodiance, a risk management (ERM) software company. Microsoft had acquired Prodiance “to bring more compliance functionality within Microsoft Office.” Microsoft will be integrating Prodiance software into future versions of Office and SharePoint. Prodiance is currently a Microsoft partner. [ZDNet]
