Coupons.com has raised $200 million from a group of institutional investors and mutual fund companies. This investment was made at roughly a $1 billion valuation. Coupons.com is expecting to make $100 million in 2011 revenues. The company may have an IPO in 2012.

Coupons.com plans on hiring about 100 people in 2011. These new team members would work on engineering, sales, and client-marketing. The company will also use this new round of funding for acquisitions. Coupons.com was founded in 1998 and previously raised about $46 million.
