Cafepress has filed for an IPO. Cafepress is an online merchandise company for people to buy, sell, and design products. Some of the products include T-shirts, hats, bags, bumper stickers, etc. Cafepress filed for an S-1 and plans to raise about $80 million in their IPO.

Cafepress launched in 1999 and had about 2 million customers in 2010. Cafepress also received 2.7 million orders in 2010. Cafepress has about 325 million unique products available for sale. Cafepress reported $128 million in 2010 revenues and $2.7 million in profits. Cafepress reported $32 million in Q1 2011, but had an $831,000 loss.
