Specifications of the next Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) Nexus 4G smartphone have leaked. The next version of the Google Nexus 4G smartphone will have a next-generation dual-core 1.2GHz (or 1.5GHz CPU). It will have an NVIDIA Kal-El processor. Sources with BGR indicate that the processor is most likely an OMAP 4460 or an ultra low-power 28nm Krait-based Snapdragon. The display is believed to be 720p HD. Other specs include 4G LTE radio, 1GB RAM, 1080p HD video capture, 1 megapixel front-facing camera, and 5 megapixel rear camera. Social networking company Facebook.com is working on adjusting their iPhone application to make photos look more appealing. Comcast and Skype have announced a partnership. Comcast will allow their customers to communicate with friends and family through Skype HD video calling through the TV. Comcast will be able to use Skype video calling from their living rooms. When using the HD camera, XFINITY service, and broadband connection, Comcast customers will be able to Skype through their TV. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has started selling an unlocked version of the GSM iPhone 4 in the U.S. for $649. Both the white and black iPhone 4 smartphones are available for purchase unlocked. The 16GB and 32GB versions cost $649 and $749 respectively. The unlocked versions are not available for international shipping.
