The user is able to turn the billboard into an interactive game. If the gamer wins within 30 seconds, they will get a coupon downloaded to their phone for the nearest McDonalds. You don’t have to download an app as all you have to do is go directly to a website address. Cool stuff.

Social gaming company Zynga Inc. is in talks with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE:GS) and Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) to lead their initial public offering. Goldman is also expected to provide Zynga to provide a credit line of over $1 billion. This funding will be used to help make acquisitions. Zynga has about 242.1 million monthly active users on Facebook. Some of their most popular games include FarmVille, CityVille, and Texas HoldEm Poker.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is going to be paying between $100 and $150 million in advanced payments to the four major music label companies to run iCloud. Apple agreed to pay between $25 and $50 million each. A source with the NY Post reveals that the iCloud service will be initially free to those who bought music through iTunes, but Apple is considering a $25 per year charge in the future. The breakdown of the deal is expected to be Apple getting 30%, music publishers getting 12%, and the rest is given to labels to divide with their artists. [NY Post]
