Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) Corporate VP Terry Myerson has announced that the Windows Phone development team signed off on the RTM build of the “Mango” operating system update. This means that the code is being handed off to mobile operator partners to optimize Mango for specific phones and network configurations. This means that Mango will be updated for users by this fall.
