Online document service LegalZoom has raised more than $100 million in funding to date, including a recent $66 million from Kleiner Perkins and Institutional Venture Partners. Brian Lee’s LegalZoom already has more than $100 million in revenue and almost 2 million customers have used the service to create their own legal documents. TechCrunch reports that LegalZoom anticipates an IPO in the future, but isn’t rushing toward the prospect.

Coming soon to NYC’s Grand Central Station: the world’s largest Apple Store. Apple has signed a 10-year deal with the Metropolitan Transit Authority to lease a 23,000-square foot space in Grand Central. The New York Post reports that the MTA believes the deal will “significantly increase” their revenues. The store will also significantly increase traffic in Grand Central Station during Apple’s product release events. NYC commuters will have to wait and see whether the new Apple Store affects their travels.

Coulomb’s Department of Energy-funded ChargePoint America project is bringing 150 electric car charging stations to the Boston metro area. The ChargePoint stations are part of a $37 million project, which Coulomb Technologies has already established in other regions around the US. Boston’s stations will primarily be installed along Route 495. CNET reports that this expansion coincides with a partnership between BMW and Coulomb Technologies.

The failing machines are 1TB Seagate hard drives, and Apple has established a free program to replace any qualifying machines. MacWorld reports that the replacement drive promise will be honored at Genius Bar appointments in Apple stores, at authorized Apple service providers, or at select other locations that can be found by contacting Apple tech support.
