Oneforty, the social media platform for businesses that started as a Twitter app store, has been acquired by HubSpot. Oneforty helps businesses learn how to reach consumers via social media like Twitter and Facebook, while HubSpot is an inbound marketing platform. The companies announced that the oneforty team is moving to the HubSpot offices and the oneforty directory will merge with the HubSpot App Marketplace. [TechCrunch]
