Facebook now allows you to pre-approve photos before it shows up on your profile by accepting or declining it in your pending posts. With Pending Posts, now you can approve or decline any photo or post you are tagged in before it is visible to anyone else on your Profile, not on Facebook. This does not remove the tag itself. As of right now, your friends can add your name to a photo without your approval. You would have to remove it later if you do not like the photo. This is how you set up Pending Posts:

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) had filed a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics about the design of their tablet. Apple accused Samsung of making a tablet that looks just like their iPad. Interestingly, Samsung filed an opposition brief to Apple’s motion for a preliminary injunction in the U.S. The image above is page 2 of an exhibit filed by Samsung with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. According to Asian suppliers, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has started manufacturing a lower priced version of the iPhone 4 with an 8GB hard drive. The flash drive for the 8GB iPhone 4 is believed to be built by a Korean company. Apple currently sources their flash drives to Toshiba in Japan and Samsung Electronics in South Korea.

Last week Verizon Wireless has introduced a data plan for smartphones that runs for $20/month for 300MB of transfer in the mid-Atlantic region which includes Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and North Carolina. This data tier plan was available between August 18th and September 30th.
