It has been exactly 10 years since al-Qaeda forces hijacked two planes and crashed them into the World Trade Center buildings. A new World Trade Center in New York is being constructed. The cost of the new building is $3.1 billion and at their fastest construction workers can build one full office floor per week. It will have two reflecting pools that features a 30-foot man-made waterfall. The pools will be open all year round and will be heated during the winter to prevent freezing.
