HTC is preparing a new phone called the Sensation Special Edition and it is supposed to come with Beats by Dr. Dre audio built in. The details were grabbed from a flyer that was leaked by CNET. The new Sensation is supposed to have a faster CPU, more internal storage, and a higher-capacity batter.

The HTC Jetstream 10.1-inch Honeycomb tablet is coming to AT&T on Setepmerb 4th. Features include HSPA+ and LTE connectivity. The operating system is Android 3.1 Honeycomb and the screen size is 10.1 inches. This tablet is the first device to have Sense UI on Honeycomb. It has a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, an 8-megapixel camera on the back, 1080p video capture, and 1.3 megapixel camera up front. Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) is providing free calls to the U.S. to all of those that have a .mil e-mail address. This is especially useful to those that incur roaming charges in Afghanistan and Iraq. International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE:IBM) has acquired Toronto-based analytics software company Algorithmics for $387 million in cash. The deal is expected to close by the end of October.

Facebook and Lamebook have made a settlement. Lamebook is in Austin, Texas based website that contains funny status messages. Lamebook retained the rights to keep its name and Facebook-like logo. Cadillac has announced the Ciel concept car. Currently Cadillac only has three models: the Escalade, the CTS, and the SRX. Cadillac will soon be introducing the ATS too. “We’ve got a product onslaught that’s coming. Let’s get our house ready before our guests come in,” said Cadillac marketing chief Don Butler.
