Apple iPhone 4S Owners Complaining About A Yellow Screen

Consumers have recently started complaining about the iPhone 4S having a yellow-tinged screen. There has been about 4 million iPhone 4S devices sold, but it is unclear how many people have made the yellow-screen complaint.

“My [Iphone] 4S screen is less contrasty, and the whites are more yellow (beyond ‘warm’) compared to my Iphone 4 screen. The colors [sic] are less vibrant, and some are pretty washed out,” said a consumer in an Apple forum.

Another consumer:
“Yes. Compared with my old Iphone 4, the [Iphone] 4S screen is washed out with a yellow tint. I’m not happy.”

And another consumer:
“I recieved [sic] two Iphone 4S’s, one white and one black. The black [Iphone] 4S has a VERY yellow tint to the screen – unlike any Iphone I have ever had, the white 4S has a very WHITE and normal screen.”
