On the stage at the AsiaD conference, ASUS chairman Johnny Shih announced the Transformer Prime tablet. The Transformer Prime is 8.3mm thick. The Transformer Prime has an NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and a 10″ screen. Shih said that the Ice Cream Sandwich operating system has a good chance of being on tablets by the end of the year. The Transformer Prime is good at being docked into a keyboard. [Engadget]
