Walter Isaacson, the author of the Steve Jobs biography, will be interviewed this Sunday on “60 Minutes.” The interview will actually be aired on October 23rd, one night before Isaacson’s book, “Steve Jobs: A Biography,” is released. Jobs was usually a private man, but he allowed Isaacson to follow him around and put together the biography. Jobs said “nothing is off limits” when it came to chronicling his life to Isaacson.

Walter Isaacson is the President and CEO of the Aspen Institute. He was previously the Chairman and CEO of CNN and the Managing Editor of TIME. He was appointed by President Obama to be the Chairman of the Broadcasting Board of Governors. Isaacson has been working on the Steve Jobs biography since 2009. Isaacson previously wrote biographies on Albert Einstein and Benjamin Franklin.
