Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has announced that Microsoft Lync will soon be available on iOS, BlackBerry, Android, and Windows Phone starting next month. Microsoft Lync is the company’s enterprise instant messaging client that used to be known as Microsoft Office Communicator. So far the only platforms that Lync has been available on is Windows and Mac OS X. [Engadget]
