Netscape co-founder Jim Clark is selling his penthouse apartment in South Beach for about $27 million. Clark made billions of dollars when Netscape went public in the 90’s. The apartment is 6,200 square feet and its walls are made out of glass. There is a rooftop terrace and a private pool. Since the penthouse apartment is part of a high-end hotel, it also comes with room service and has access to the Setai fitness center and three pools.
