If you are an active Twitter account and you want to connect it to Facebook, all you have to do is set up Twitter’s Facebook application. Here is how you do that:
1.) Log in to the Twitter account that you want to connect to your Facebook profile.
2.) Go to Settings and select the Profile tab. Scroll to the bottom and click Post your Tweets to Facebook
3.) After you click the button, you will see a connection loading and you will see a button that says Connect to Facebook.
4.) If you aren’t logged in to your Facebook account, you will be prompted to do so.
5.) After linking your Facebook and Twitter accounts, go to your Facebook Application settings and then select Twitter. Then select App privacy section. If you want your friends to be able to see your tweets on your Facebook wall, select “Friends” as the sharing option from the drop down menu.

How to hide your status messages from certain people

Every time you write a status message, there is a drop-down box next to “Post.” For example, you can select Public, Friends, Custom, or specific lists. Public means that everyone can see your status message no matter what. Friends means that all of your friends can see your status message even if they are people on your limited profiles.

When you click Custom, you can select “Make this visible to” certain lists and click “Hide this from” for lists of people or to individuals. Tagging people in your status message

Many Facebook users have no idea how to tag individuals in their status messages. Inspired by Twitter replies, Facebook allows you to tag individuals when you type the “@” symbol in your status. When you type the @ symbol, you start typing the name of the individual that you want to tag. This feature also works on Pages, brands, events, and companies.

Trick Your Friends In A Status Update

When you use this as a hyperlink in a state message: http://facebook.com/profile.php?=73322363, the person that clicks on the link will see their own profile. This is a good prank to use when writing a status message like: “This is the ugliest profile I have ever seen: http://facebook.com/profile.php?=73322363.” When adding the hyperlink to your status, make sure to click on the X when it pulls up a thumbnail of the link.
