eBay Subsidiary StubHub Acquires Zvents

eBay Inc. (NASDAQ:EBAY) subsidiary StubHub has acquired Zvents.com. Zvents is a local event-discovery and promotion service. The terms of the deal were undisclosed. Founded in 2005, Zvents has over 600,000 current event listings at any given time. Zvents will be integrated into StubHub’s own event listings, which has about 30,000 events.
