Facebook Adds Private Messages Between Business Pages and Fans

Facebook has announced a new feature that allows business pages to receive private messages from fans on the social network. So far Asia-based Facebook Page admins have seen this feature so far. This could open up a greater level of personal communications between brands and their customers. [TNW]
