An “easter egg” is an intentional hidden message programmed into websites, games, movies, books, etc. The companies Google, Facebook, and Take Two are best known for integrating Easter eggs into their products. In this case Google has added a couple of Easter eggs to their search engine to get into the holiday spirit.
When you type “Let it snow” in the Google search engine, it starts snowing. If enough snow piles up, you will need to “defrost.” If you type “Hannukah” into the search engine, you will see some stars running across the screen.
