Microsoft Sells Ciao To LeGuide.com

Microsoft has sold shopping portal service Ciao to European online shopping guide company LeGuide.com Group. The terms of the deal was undisclosed, but Ciao was paid for entirely in cash. In other words, LeGuide.com did not have to take on debt to finance the acquisition. Ciao receives about 20.8 million unique visitors across Europe. Now LeGuide.com will receive close to 33 million unique visitors per month. [TechCrunch EU]
