At the Consumer Electronics Show, OnStar will be showing a new in-car 4G infotainment system that will have the ability to accept video calls and stream video content. The system will be integrated into a Chevy Volt research vehicle. Before you start worrying about distractions, you should know that GM claims that the functionality can only be used when the vehicle is parked. [MotorAuthority]
