The problem with a lot of the music video channels like MTV, VH1, and BET today is that they don’t actually play music videos that often. They are too busy shows with fist-pumping Italians, the opportunity to fall in love in with Flava Flav, and the Phat Girlz. I believe that Vevo would make up for the lack of music videos on TV. This is why I thought it was great news when Vevo was in talks with cable carriers to become a channel.

The Nokia N8, C7, and CG-01 will have Nokia Belle preinstalled. These phones will arrive in China first and then around the world after. Those of you that own a Nokia N8, Nokia E7, Nokia E6, Nokia X7, Nokia C6-01, Nokia C7, and Nokia Oro will be able to upgrade to Nokia Belle soon. Seagate Acquires Samsung’s Hard Drive Business For $1.4 Billion

Hard drive company Seagate Technology has completed the acquisition of Samsung’s hard drive business for $1.4 billion. The acquisition was first announced this past April. The merger was both for talent and products. Now Seagate owns Samsung’s high-capacity M8 hard drives and semiconducts for making SSDs. Some of Samsung’s senior managers will be joining Seagate.
