22 Creative Facebook Pages [GALLERY]
Currently there are over 800 million active users on Facebook. Many of the top leading brands are using Facebook as an extension of their brand to capture the voices of their customers and fans. Facebook provides developers with the flexibility to heavily customize their Fan Pages. Below are a list of creative Facebook Fan Pages that I have found. Skittles has a very colorful and in-your-face Fan page with an interactive game called “Find The Rainbow.” The creativity behind this Fan Page campaign is a major reason why they have over 19 million Fans.
Lacoste has massive brand loyalty. People love having the alligators on their shirts while playing a round of golf. Their Facebook Page has access to the Lacoste Lab, a Christmas Shop, a Survey about how their customers wear Lacoste, a MyCroc portal, a Croc Moods section, etc. This is a great way to keep Lacoste fans engaged on their Facebook Page.
Coca-Cola’s Facebook Page focuses on charity at the top as they are calling for donations for the World Wildlife Fund. The Faceook Fan Page has Fan Highlights such as creative photos and videos. At the bottom of the page is an Ask Coca-Cola section. The left navigation section links to other related Coca-Cola pages such as Ahh Giver, Happiness Truck, and international versions of Coca-Cola’s Pages.
Starbucks’ Facebook Fan Page has a map that links to their international Fan Pages. On the left Navigation, you will be able to find Polls and a link to Starbucks Jobs. The photos that are on the Facebook Fan Page has some of the most interesting pictures taken inside Starbucks retail stores.
5. Jeff Dunham
Jeff Dunham is one of the most popular comedians and ventriloquists today. His Facebook Fan Page currently features the cover of his most recent DVD “Controlled Chaos.” His Facebook Fan Page has holiday e-cards, a list of events, and YouTube videos. Dunham worked with EComic Branding to put together his Facebook Fan Page.
Victoria’s Secret’s Facebook Fan Page has a header image that has a holiday theme. The rest of the page promotes signing up for mobile and e-mail alerts along with viewing the collection on your iPad or iPhone. On the left navigation of the page is a Wallpaper and Fashion Show link.
Pepsi’s Facebook Fan Page heavily features The X Factor TV show, which Pepsi is a huge sponsor for. Pepsi also has a section that promotes the charity that they sponsor, Feed America. You can also find Pepsi Deals, a Pepsi quiz, and a “Moments to Save” section.
Vitamin Water has two catchy commercials and well-written content that matches the videos. Their Facebook Page also links to a page where you can view product info from the company. When you check out the left navigation, you can find a section that allows you to guess Jessie J’s Christmas present. Vitamin Water also sponsors a series of music events called Uncapped Live and their Facebook Page contains music samples from the bands that perform.
Honda’s Facebook Page has information about the new 2012 CR-V and Million Mile Joe. The header image has interesting Honda-related images and the ability to like specific automobiles manufactured by Honda.
Adobe’s Facebook Page has information about each of their software packages. You can also view Events and Careers available from Adobe. The header image links to Product, Region, Audience, Students, and Adobe Youth Voices.
Oprah’s Facebook Page has a webcast Archive and a header video from Oprah’s Lifeclass webcast. Oprah is one of the most prominent media figures right now and this Page exemplifies her brand.
12. Lenny Kravitz
Lenny Kravitz’s Facebook Page has a profile picture of his latest album. His header image links to a partnership he has with Amnesty International. Other features of his Facebook Page include a Band Page and an Online Store.
What I like about Dell’s Facebook Fan Page is that there are popular offers right at the top. There is also information about Dell Support, Ask Rev, and Dell’s Military Appreciation
14. Dunkin’ Donuts
Dunkin’ Donuts’ Facebook Page starts by asking you what Dunkin’ Iced Coffee Flavor that you are. On the left-side navigation, you will find links to Locations, DD & The Sims Social, Photos, Events, News/Promos, DD Facebook Etiquette, UStream Live info, and Metro NY Promos.
Coach’s Facebook Fan Page has information about Coach’s 70th anniversary in their header image. There is also an embedded Coach commercial. On the left-hand navigation, you will find links to photos, events, videos, and the “make your own animation” link.
16. Red Bull
Red Bull’s Facebook Fan Page has a great starting point. There are a bunch of arrows that encourages you to actually “Like” their Page before you start exploring. When you like the page, you will start seeing videos of Red Bull related events and sponsors. On the left-hand navigation are links to Red Bull Athletes, Redbull.tv, games and apps, events, and photos.
Atlantis has a great landing page because it has a very catchy head image that says “More Amazing Than The Myth.” Right below their header image is a section that allows you to check the prices based on your check in and check out date. Their Facebook Page also has a commercial, a webcam that links to Atlantis Live, photos, videos, etc.
Cadillac’s Facebook Page has a gallery of images of their latest car models such as the XTS. Below that is a section about the Cadillac User Experience (CUE). The videos are very up-beat and the left-hand navigation features information about the XTS, ATS, and V-Series.
Louis Vuitton’s Facebook Page starts by encouraging you to Like their page to gain an insider view into their world. On the left-hand navigation, you can find links to the LV Cruise 2012, Core Values, Island Maison, Double Exposure, etc.
Chrysler has a powerful profile picture that features their newest motto: “Imported from Detroit.” Other features of Chrysler’s Facebook Fan Page include Fortuno Winners, Chrysler Showroom, Fatchance 2.0, Events, and Photos.
Groupon’s Facebook Page has a big profile picture with their logo and features local deals for you. Their Facebook Fan Page has a link to Gift Cards, a careers section, and photos related to the company.
Microsoft’s Facebook Fan Page features an Adobe Flash animation of a Rube Goldberg machine. When you click Like, you can see what happens. Other features of Microsoft’s Page include a Big Windows Phone section, photos, videos, and events related to the company.
