The Get A Mac television advertising campaign was created for Apple by TBWA\Media Arts Lab and ran between 2006 and 2009. The ads featured a man dressed in casual clothes and introduced himself as “Mac” and a man in a more formal suit-and-tie introduced himself as “PC.” PC always seemed to be formal and polite, but would always be overly concerned with work while Mac seemed to be more laid back.
