Variations Of Your E-Mail Address
Every Gmail e-mail address can support many different variations for managing incoming mail. You can create variations by adding a word after your name with a plus sign. For example, my e-mail address is achowdhry@gmail.com. I can change it to achowdhry+newsletters@gmail.com and achowdhry+shopping@gmail.com.
You can set up filters to direct these messages where you want them by creating filters. To set up a filter, go to Settings by clicking on the Gear icon. Select the “Filters” tab and select “Create New Filter.”
