When the Boston Police was investigating Phil Markoff, the “Craigslist Killer,” they had subpoenaed his Facebook account. The Boston Police Department has released the large collection of files related to the case and now we can see what Facebook shares exactly when being subpoenaed.

Facebook had sent out printouts of Markoff’s wall posts, photos he uploaded, photos he was tagged in, a full list of his Facebook friends and their IDs, and a long table of login and IP data. However in the embedded document below, a lot of the information has been blacked out. After robbing two women and murdering a third, Markoff had committed suicide before his case went to trial.
