Alphacon

Alphacon is a Cydia tweak that lets you set the alpha transparency levels of all your application icons. This can be done by changing the value of the slider inside of the Settings app. The app icons can be set from nearly invisible to very bright. The Alphacon app is available for free through the BigBoss Repo.
