Definition 6 Launches Facebook Timeline Movie Maker

If you have a Facebook Timeline and want to make a movie out of it using photos, videos, and status updates, Definition 6 has created a website called Timeline Movie Maker. After granting Definition 6 access to your Timeline, the company creates a one-minute chronological video of some highlights from your profile with some awesome music. After seeing the video with hand-picked footage, users can customize the video by choosing the visual elements and songs.

Definition 6 worked directly with Facebook on the Timeline Movie Maker. “Timeline Movie Maker was a great way for people to share the stories of their lives in a creative way,” stated Definition 6 CTO Paul Hernacki in an interview with Mashable. “We wanted to bring that experience to brands, further connecting brands with their fans.”

To create a video, the Timeline must have at least 50 public photos. The tool also supports 9 languages other than English and lets users change the text. Definition 6 said that they do not plan to make the videos embeddable.
