Twitter has made tweets more interactive by calling them “Expanded Tweets.” Tweets that appear on Twitter.com and mobile.twitter.com lets you expand tweets containing links to partner websites. You can see content previews, images, and videos in partner tweets. Up until now, you may have seen expanded tweets work with YouTube videos and Instagram photos. Partners like The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC’s Breaking News, and TIME lets you see rich content inside tweets with a link to those websites. When looking at a news article from The New York Times, The San Francisco Chronicle, or Der Spiegel Online, you can see a preview with the headline and the introduction. You will also be able to see photos and videos from WWE, BuzzFeed, TMZ, BET’s 106 & Park, Lifetime, and DailyMotion.
