Apple I Sells For Over $370,000 At Sotheby’s Auction

The vintage Apple I computer has been sold by a Sotheby’s auction. The Apple I computer has a motherboard, cassette interface, and BASIC programming manuals. It was built in 1979 and it sold for $374,500. This is one out of six that is accounted for out of the 50 that are still out there total. A hand-written note from Steve Jobs during the time he worked at Atari sold for $27,500.
