Kodak Sues Apple Over Interference In Patent Sales

Kodak may be bankrupt, but they have been given clearance to sell patents to help themselves get out of their bleak financial future. Kodak is suing Apple to make sure that they do not interfere with potential buyers. Apple collaborated with Kodak back in the 1990s to design the QuickTake camera line. Out of that partnership, 10 imaging patents were created. Apparently claims by Apple and patent transfer recipient FlashPoint Technologies are attempting to stall any patent sale as long as possible to scare buyers away. Apple accused Kodak of trying to disregard patent disputes and is using the bankruptcy as the scapegoat.
