Microsoft Corporation has announced the four new manufacturing partners that will be making the first Windows Phone 8 devices. The four new partners are: Nokia, HTC, Samsung, and Huawei. Nokia has been a long-term partner of Windows Phone so that choice was obvious. HTC and Samsung have been existing Windows Phone partners, but Huawei is a new one. Likely Huawei will push the Windows Phone platform in China. The hardware partners will announce when their respective phones will be released later on. New Windows Phone 8 specs include dual-core processor support and 720p video on those devices.
