Former Nokia Staff To Build MeeGo Based Smartphones
Some of Nokia’s former staff has created a mobile startup called Jolla. Jolla will be building new MeeGo devices. Jolla has “directors and core professionals from Nokia’s MeeGo N9 organization, together with some of the best minds working on MeeGo in the communities” according to the company’s LinkedIn page. Marc Dillon is COO of the company and he was the Principal Engineer of MeeGo for 11 years.
