Samsung Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ Is For Sale On Google Play Store

Earlier this week Judge Lucy Koh issued a temporary stay of the ban on the Google HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus.  The device is now for sale on the Google Play store.  Google had until July 12th to resolve a patent dispute with Apple.  When you order the HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus, you can expect it to arrive in 1-2 weeks.
