I use Popfax Online Fax, and i am pretty with them. No scams, no junk stuff, they are highly professional and very reliable.

My concern is free fax services can sometimes be quite limiting in terms of flexibly.

If I sign up to a subscription-based service like www.sfaxme.com – they are secure as well as flexible – they are HIPAA-compliant and provide extra levels of security which you can’t necessarily guarantee with free services.
