According to a Bloomberg article, United Kingdom based judge Colin Birss has ruled that Apple must say publicly that Samsung did not copy the design of the iPad for their tablets.  The public statements must either be a message on their website or they must post a message in British newspapers.  The report also says that Apple must put a notice on their website for 6 months.  Apple’s lawyer said that they would appeal on this decision.  The lawsuit was filed under Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited & Anr v. Apple Inc., High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, HC11C03050.
