Apple has been dealing with privacy issues from within their apps lately. Path recently was caught collecting information about their users without them knowing. And now Apple has removed Bitdefender’s Clueful app, which made it easy for consumers to find out which of their apps were sharing details with developers. Clueful essentially makes iOS look less secure. Clueful would reveal which apps that could read your address book, display ads, and track your location. Clueful found that 42.5% of apps do not encrypt users’ personal data and another 41.6% track a user’s location without the user knowing.
